We had been focusing all our energies on our beloved and precious 4-legged girl Izzy. Sadly, she passed. Just a few weeks shy of her 14th birthday. We lost her best friend, Gabby, back in October and Izzy was never the same. Her little aging body just seemed to get worse by the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>She has left a gaping hole in our hearts. One that won\u2019t likely ever be filled. The pain of losing her was staggering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next few days, we&#8217;ll catch up with some posts from the journeys we took during the last 5 months.
